But How…?

Design your own path instead of following someone else's.
A podcast about intentional living in a world of constant stimuli.

Why This Podcast Exists

Instead of copying WHAT we see on social media, we believe in learning HOW to design your own life.

Self-Awareness

We are products of our experiences and interactions with others. We carry expectations from our parents, friends, partners, colleagues, teachers, and ourselves. This podcast aims to help you become aware of where these expectations come from, sort through them, and consciously define your own self-image and growth needs.

Designing a Good Life

Designing a good life means creating good weeks and good days that include self-maintenance (meeting deficit needs) and personal development (fulfilling growth needs according to Maslow). Think of it like maintaining a car with flat tires while navigating toward meaningful experiences on your journey.

Finding Focus

When you know what you want and where you're going, you can establish focus. With this focus, you can master today's constant flood of stimuli and information.

Your Podcast Hosts

We both live full lives with families, exciting careers in IT, hobbies, travel, and then we discovered we had a small time gap of about 10 free minutes - just enough space for a podcast.

Are we doing this because a podcast is just something you're supposed to have these days? Well, I don't have a house, car, or boat - so why are we doing this?

„Wir verlangen, das Leben müsse einen Sinn haben - aber es hat nur ganz genau so viel Sinn, als wir selber ihm zu geben imstande sind."
